Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider team. You will provide inpatient consults and follow-ups, and independently manage patients in the cardiology clinic, with potential outreach duties.

Park Nicollet Clinic s looking for exceptional, patient focused Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology APP team and make a difference for our patients and our community.
The Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing both inpatient and outpatient services. In the inpatient setting, the APP works as a team with the attending cardiologist to perform and staff initial consults, subsequent follow up visits and to coordinate patient care. In the outpatient setting, the APP will see patients independently in the cardiology clinic. Outreach clinic may also be expected. Performs other duties as assigned.
Monday-Friday, 8 hr shifts or 10hr shifts for total of 40 hr per week. Occasional weekends.
Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
Current registration to practice as a Physician Assistant in Minnesota plus current national certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant & Approved by Minnesota Board of Medical Practice for prescription writing privileges (verified during credentialing process).

Provides quality patient care consulting with supervising physician, alternate supervising physicians, consultants, and other health care professionals when appropriate. Will maintain the high standards of care and service in accordance with the NCCPA and PNHS.
