Job summary

MannKind Corporation is seeking a regional sales professional to drive growth across assigned accounts, focusing on heart failure and related cardiometabolic therapies. You will partner with HF specialists and hospital networks to expand product utilization and achieve regional sales goals.

You will report to the Regional Sales Director and work within a fast-paced, collaborative team that emphasizes performance, integrity, and patient-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare sales in pharma, hospital, or medical devices.
• 1 year institutional sales experience preferred; IDN experience is a plus.
• Proven top performance, e.g., top 30% ranking in recent years.
• Experience with product launches and Medicare population is a plus.
• Customer service oriented; strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to travel overnight within territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales budgets with accountability for territory results.
• Drive utilization of approved products with HF, cardiology and related health care professionals.
• Apply knowledge of heart failure and market dynamics to opportunities.
• Provide input for strategic and tactical planning with senior colleagues.
• Prepare and implement territory plans; execute marketing/sales initiatives.
• Lead in delivering outstanding customer experience and retention.
• Organize administrative duties and maintain CRM reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market development.
