Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer oral meds and IV piggyback fluids when appropriate.
• Chart assessments and contribute to care plans after the RN's initial assessment.
• Perform dressing changes, trach care, NG tube care, and ostomy care as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians/APPs to receive orders and ensure patient care continuity.
• Reinforce education and discharge instructions to patients and families.
