Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN license (Illinois IDFPR).
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• College diploma: Licensed Practical Nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and hang IV piggybacks/fluids (excl IV Push).
• Chart assessments after RN completes initial assessment and initiates care plan.
• Document care plans opened by RN; assist with new plans as needed.
