Job summary

MTN Automotive Training seeks a skilled CARDIO Implementation & Customer Success Specialist to handle desk support and onboarding for CARDIO customers in Tulsa. You will diagnose software issues, document tickets, and train customers on CARDIO features.

Travel may be required as you assist dealerships and clients with installations and demonstrations, while working with Sales and Account teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Jira, Excel, Canva, Notion and HubSpot is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and product training for CARDIO.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation and customer resources.
• Collaborate with product, development and CS vendors to improve user experience.
