Job summary

Cleveland Clinic in Winston-Salem is seeking an experienced cardiovascular ICU registered nurse to care for critically ill adult patients with complex cardiac, vascular, and thoracic conditions. Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care and monitor invasive hemodynamics.
• Support post-surgical recovery for cardiovascular ICU patients.
• Manage patients with complex conditions such as cardiogenic shock, dissection, and mechanical circulatory support.
• Serve as team leader and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.
• Maintain 1-2:1 patient nurse ratio; act as primary caregiver for post-op patients.
