Job summary

AdventHealth in Columbus, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will administer medications, monitor patient status, educate families, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), active RN license, and at least 1 year of acute care experience.

Active RN license in good standing
Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred
1+ year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols
Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in status
Educate patients and families about conditions and post-care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record
Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed
