Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in the Richmond, VA area. You will educate physicians on Inari device handling and troubleshooting, lead hospital training programs, and identify opportunities to expand therapy adoption in collaboration with regional teams.

The role requires broad cardiovascular knowledge, strong clinical acumen, and the ability to convey complex information during procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associates Degree in nursing or clinical required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Extensive knowledge of cardiovascular science and anatomy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% locally and regionally, with possible overnight stays.
• Ability to concentrate on detail and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Open to a dynamic hospital-based work environment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with presenting complex clinical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to Inari products.
• Develop and lead training sessions and in-service education in hospital settings.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as a clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on device features and development.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and improvement purposes.
• Perform other duties as needed.
