Job summary

Stryker seeks a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling and implantation, and to lead training in hospital environments. You will collaborate with regional Account Managers to identify adoption opportunities and support complex field inquiries with clear, technical communication.

The role requires strong clinical acumen, excellent English communication, and the ability to build credible relationships with customers while traveling up to 80% and supporting product

Qualifications

• Strong clinical acumen is required.
• Excellent command of English with written and verbal communication.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations and education sessions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating materials.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in hospitals.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Demonstrate ability to build credible relationships and share product knowledge.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries as needed.
• Understand Inari products, related devices, trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on device features.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and continuous improvement.
