Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling, implantation techniques, and troubleshooting within hospital settings. The role emphasizes building expert clinical acumen and strong relationships with medical staff.

The candidate will lead training sessions, collaborate with regional teams, and serve as the clinical interface to advance adoption and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s Degree in nursing or clinical required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
• Excellent command of English with written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% locally and regionally; overnight stays possible.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education in hospitals.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Provide education and clinical support in response to complex field inquiries.
• Collaborate with product teams to feedback on device features and development.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and improvement purposes.
