Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in the Chicago area to educate physicians on Inari device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting. You will lead in-hospital training and collaborate with Regional Managers to identify therapy adoption opportunities.

The role requires three years of cath lab or clinical experience, strong cardiovascular knowledge, and excellent English communication. Travel up to 80% nationally, with a dynamic healthcare team environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three years of cath lab or clinical environment experience.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
• Strong clinical acumen is required.
• Understanding of sales process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in the hospital environment.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with Regional and Account Managers in local geographies.
• Communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the Company.
• Demonstrate ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support in response to complex field inquiries.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Inari products and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on device features and new development.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as needed.
