Bondex Inc. is seeking a reliable Card Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on operating the Carding Line, ensuring production specifications, and minimizing waste while maintaining accurate records.

The candidate will perform regular lab tests, manage data entries, and collaborate across finishing departments to meet daily goals. This is a full-time night shift from 11pm to 7am, with benefits after probation and 401(k) eligibility, plus opportunities for

Responsibilities

• Operates Carding Line including fiber opening, carding, web cross folding, and needling.
• Follow work orders and routing instructions to meet production specs.
• Proficient with product changeovers while minimizing waste.
• Maintain meticulous production records and reports for specifications and quantities.
• Perform regular lab tests to verify product quality and report deviations.
• Handle data entry and generate required manufacturing reports.
• Collaborate with finishing end department to meet production goals.
