Qualifications

• Read and follow basic work instructions.
• Recognize colors and identify labels.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
• Stand/walk 7-8 hours per shift.
• Operate carding machines and ensure proper fiber processing & sliver formation.
• Identify blend by color-coded cans and maintain correct IDs.
• Maintain production logs and report machine issues.
• Perform cleaning and scheduled maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper waste handling.
