Job summary

NN, Inc - USA is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team on the second shift. You will operate and monitor equipment used to join metal layers, following approved process instructions to produce clad material that meets bonding, dimensional, and surface-quality requirements.

Training on first shift is expected for about one month before transitioning to second shift. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, manufacturing or metal-processing exposure, and strong measurement and

• Must be able to read and follow written work instructions and production specifications.
• Able to measure and inspect using gauges or inspection tools.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude, safety focus, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review production orders, material specifications, and process instructions before starting each job.
• Set up and operate equipment within established process parameters.
• Monitor equipment and material flow and identify misalignment or defects.
• Inspect bonded material with visual checks and measurements; record results.
• Complete production, quality, and downtime documentation accurately.
• Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and maintain a clean work area.
