Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand work instructions.
• Must recognize all colors.
• Able to push/pull and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Good manual dexterity and stamina for standing 7–8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate carding machines and ensure proper fiber processing and sliver formation.
• Identify and correct non-conformities in materials.
• Maintain production logs and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety rules and plant policies.
• Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM; weekends/holidays as needed.
