Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret instructions and labels.
• Identify colors accurately for production processes.
• Handle tools and maintain cleaning procedures.
• Lift and push/pull materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all department safety rules and company regulations.
• Stand/walk for the majority of shift and operate carding machines.
• Feed raw material properly into chute and lap feed systems.
• Inspect sliver quality, remove impurities, and prevent mix.
• Identify blend by color on cans and manage waste properly.
• Maintain production logs and report issues promptly.
