Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; state RN license required.
• CPR/BLS through American Heart Association; ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• NIHSS within 6 months of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; evaluate responses to interventions.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team; observe outcomes.
• Demonstrate competency in IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
