Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and interventions.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain patient charts and records; document status, interventions, and outcomes; use IT for communication and decision support.
• Promote and protect patient health, safety, and rights.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness.
