CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Lakewood, Colorado. The RN will collaborate with the healthcare team to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual patient needs, promoting safe, patient-centered care in a Magnet-designated environment.

The role focuses on applying the nursing process, adhering to standards and state practice acts, and supporting a mission-driven workplace that values teamwork and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of employment.
• Experience applying the nursing process within a clinical team.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and intervene for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans and monitor outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, catheterization and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient charts and use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
• Advocate for patient health, safety, and rights, and educate patients and families.
• Teach patients and families and assess learning readiness and needs.
