Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 6 C Clinical Transitional Unit. The role focuses on assessing patients’ physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs and planning individualized nursing care. You will lead staff to ensure care plans are executed and meet unit standards.

Required: Michigan RN license and ACLS within 6 months of hire. Schedule is full-time, days, 72 hours per pay, with 7:00 am – 7:30 pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice in Michigan.
• ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire or transfer for units specified.

Responsibilities

• Assess physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and plan nursing care.
• Develop written plans of care with long- and short-term goals and nursing actions.
• Ensure nursing care plans are carried out through leadership of staff.
