Job summary

McLaren Flint is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 6 C Clinical Transitional Unit. You will assess patients, plan nursing care, and lead clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires Michigan RN license, ACLS within 6 months, and experience in cardiac/critical care; a strong telemetry background is preferred. This full-time daytime position offers 72 hours per pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Michigan.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• ANCC Psych Certification within 2 years of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient nursing or ER experience.
• Telemetry monitoring/interpretation proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Plan nursing care and lead subordinates to carry out care plans.
• Document patient status on admission and ongoing.
• Develop written care plans with goals and actions.
