Responsibilities

• Provide continual surveillance and analysis of cardiac rhythms on the monitoring station.
• Interpret ECG rhythms and report significant events to the nurse in a timely manner.
• Operate and troubleshoot telemetry monitoring system; account for all monitors per shift.
• Admit, transfer and discharge patients in the telemetry system.
• Maintain service standards and optimize patient experience.
