Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Medical Telemetry unit at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This full-time position offers 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. shifts with rotating weekends, and pays an hourly base rate dependent on experience.

You will assess, plan, and implement patient care, supervise unlicensed staff, collaborate with the healthcare team, and support safe, high-quality outcomes in a Magnet-certified system committed to growth and compassion.

Qualifications

• IL nursing license is required.
• NLN-accredited nursing program is required; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients on the unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering care.
• Communicate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
