Atrium Health Mercy – 4 North Cardiac Medical Telemetry is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time nights. This 36-hour weekly role involves delivering comprehensive patient care and coordinating treatment for cardiac telemetry patients.

This position offers sign-on and relocation bonuses with robust benefits and paid time off. The unit provides specialised cardiac telemetry care in an acute hospital setting with a focus on patient safety and excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inpatient nursing experience preferred; at least 6 months required outside New Grad residency program.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
