Responsibilities

• Supports patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assists with mobility and hygiene needs per RN direction.
• Records vital signs and basic clinical measurements.
• Assists with nutrition, hydration, and meal setup.
• Keeps patient rooms and common areas clean and safe.
• Reports changes in patient condition to the RN promptly.
• Performs basic clinical skills under RN supervision after competency validation.
