Job summary

ScottCare Cardiovascular Solutions, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to lead product installations, train clinical teams, and provide technical support across North America. The role blends fieldwork with customer engagement to ensure compliant, high-quality system deployments.

You will work with hospital teams, coordinate with sales and engineering, and travel extensively to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales.
• 2+ years in Cardiac Rhythm Management (clinical or technical).
• Demonstrated track record of clinical support or sales success.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure ScottCare systems on-site at hospitals and clinics.
• Provide comprehensive training for clinical end-users to ensure confidence in product use.
• Offer remote and on-site technical support with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering and QA/RA on complex installs and upgrades.
• Document installation status and communicate updates to customers in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
