Job summary

The ScottCare Corporation, a Marmon Holdings company, is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to lead on-site installations, train clinical end-users, and ensure smooth system deployments across North America. This role blends fieldwork, technical execution, and customer engagement to deliver reliable, compliant cardiovascular monitoring solutions.

Candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in field technical support or sales, and a proven track record in clinical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales.
• Proven track record of clinical support or sales success.
• Strong foundation in cardiac monitoring, rhythm management, or biomedical systems.
• Comfort with medical software, device troubleshooting, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site installations of ScottCare cardiac monitoring systems in hospitals and clinics.
• Provide comprehensive training for clinical end-users to ensure confidence and competence in product use.
• Pre-staging, configuring, and validating products for installations and ensuring clinical readiness in live environments
• Partnering with hospital IT teams to coordinate and ensure network and clinical readiness for product installation
• Offer remote and in-person technical support, addressing equipment or operational issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Document and escalate complaints in compliance with FDA guidelines; contribute to training program development and product improvements.
