Job summary

ScottCare Cardiovascular Solutions, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to lead product installations, training clinical end users, and provide ongoing support. The role involves close collaboration with sales, service, and engineering teams to ensure compliant, reliable systems.

The position includes extensive travel (75-80%) across OH, WV, PA, KY, IN, MI, MN, IL and WI, with hospital/clinical environments as the primary work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales.
• Minimum 2+ years in Cardiac Rhythm Management (clinical or technical).

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site installations of ScottCare cardiac monitoring systems in hospitals and clinics.
• Provide comprehensive training for clinical end-users to ensure confidence and competence in product use.
• Pre-Staging, configuring, and validating products for installations and ensuring clinical readiness in live environments.
• Partner with hospital IT teams to coordinate network and clinical readiness for product installation.
• Provide structured training for all users on all levels on effective product use.
• Offer remote and in-person technical support, addressing equipment or operational issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Perform basic system repairs, educate customers on proper use and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, QA/RA, and Product teams to support complex installs and upgrades.
