Job summary

ScottCare Cardiovascular Solutions, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist for the Midwest territories. You will lead on-site installations, train clinical end-users, and deliver hands-on support across hospitals and clinics.

The role blends fieldwork with collaboration across sales, service and engineering teams, requiring travel to customer sites and a strong focus on patient care and system usability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Biomedical Eng, Exercise Physiology, or Computer Science preferred.
• 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales.
• 2+ years in Cardiac Rhythm Management (clinical or technical).
• Demonstrated track record of clinical support or sales success.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installations and configuration of ScottCare systems in hospitals and clinics.
• Provide structured clinical training for end-users and ensure confidence in product use.
• Offer remote and in-person technical support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, QA/RA and Product teams on installs and improvements.
• Document issues and contribute to training programs; travel to customer sites as needed.
