ScottCare Cardiovascular Solutions, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to lead product installations, training, and technical support across the Midwest territories. The role combines fieldwork, hands-on configuration, and close collaboration with sales, service, and engineering to ensure compliant systems and excellent customer experience.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors include Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Computer Science.
• Experience: 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales; 2+ years in Cardiac Rhythm Management (clinical or technical).
• Key competencies: Clinical expertise, customer-centric, strong communication, technical proficiency, problem solving, adaptability, teamwork, independence.

Responsabilidades

• System installation and configuration: on-site installations of ScottCare cardiac monitoring systems in hospitals/clinics and training end-users.
• Clinical training and enablement: structured training for all users and site-specific tailoring.
• Support & troubleshooting: remote and on-site technical support; basic repairs and maintenance guidance.
• Ongoing cross-functional collaboration: support Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, QA/RA; communicate status and improvements.
• Travel & work environment: heavy travel (75-80%); hospital/clinical settings and home-office remote support.
