Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2+ years in Field Technical Support or Sales.
• Strong foundation in cardiac monitoring or biomedical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure ScottCare cardiac monitoring systems in hospitals and clinics.
• Provide training for end-users to ensure product competence.
• Offer remote and on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales, service and engineering on upgrades and field projects.
• Travel extensively (75-80%) to customer sites across North America.
