Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant for the Cardiac Surgery ICU and step-down units. This 13-hour night-shift role requires working three shifts per week with weekends and holidays rotation.

Starting annual base salary is $143,874, plus a $20,000 night-shift commitment bonus paid in two lump sums. The PA will assess and manage cardiothoracic patients, order tests, prescribe medications, document thoroughly, and collaborate with surgeons and ICU

Qualifications

• Master's Degree Physician Assistant required.
• 2+ years of experience as a PA preferred.
• MA PA license required.
