Qualifications

• Strong preference for PA-Cs with first assist experience.
• RNFA-certified NPs with first assist experience are encouraged.
• Ability to interpret complex cardiac surgical data.

Responsibilities

• Provide first assist in complex cardiac procedures.

• Lead postoperative rounds and educate families.
• Coordinate with surgeons and staff to plan care.
