Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Evanston Hospital team. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with Monday–Friday shifts and rotating weekends, providing nursing care across patient populations in the department.

You will apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care, maintain regulatory compliance, and guide unlicensed staff. A BSN is preferred, active IL nursing licensure, and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred degree for the role.
• Current IL nursing license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
