Job summary

Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a cardiopulmonary stepdown setting. You will collaborate with physicians to provide pre- and post-operative nursing care and advocate for patients to ensure an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Virginia or multistate compact.
• BLS required within 30 days of start date.
• ACLS required within 6 months of start date.

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures or functions per medical orders.
• Document care administration in EMR promptly and accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
