UC Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN-CNI) for the Cardiac Stepdown unit at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The RN will support a 16-bed unit delivering high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions, in alignment with policy and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed RN in Ohio.
• Demonstrates professional nursing knowledge and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients on the cardiac stepdown unit.
• Document nursing assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide patient and family education about treatments and care.
• Mentor new personnel and support staff on the unit.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
