Qualifikationen

• BLS Certification through AHA/Red Cross upon or within new hire period.
• Nursing students: BLS before hire.

Aufgaben

• Assist nursing staff and promote patient comfort and adherence to orders.
• Transport patients by wheelchair or stretcher between areas.
• Perform EKG and phlebotomy duties per unit needs.
• Attend to patient and family needs and issues.
• Help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Document care provided in medical records and report changes to RN/LPN.
