Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Patient Care Nurse Assistant for the J71 Cardiovascular Stepdown unit. The Night shift runs 7:00pm-7:30am and offers a fast-paced environment delivering high-acuity cardiac care with an experienced RN and interdisciplinary teams.

As a PCNA, you will provide hands-on patient care under RN supervision, assist with routine activities, monitor patients, and support a safe healing environment. Weekend and holiday rotation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification through AHA or Red Cross; must obtain during hire if not currently held.
• Nursing students: BLS Certification.
• Military medical experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in condition to an RN.
• Assist with keeping patients’ rooms clean and orderly.
