Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care in collaboration with providers.
• Document care administration in medical records promptly and thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Maintain knowledge of medications and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical units.
