Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license (active) required within 60 days
• ACLS or ACLS Instructor certification within 60 days
• BCLS or BCLS Instructor certification within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift
• Perform procedures or functions ordered by medical provider
• Document administration of care in patient record promptly
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response
• Maintain knowledge of meds, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients
