Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center – Langhorne, PA, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, seeks a Cardiac Sonographer for full-time, day shift. Responsibilities include echocardiograms/stress tests, data entry in PACS, and assisting with structural heart procedures in the Cardiology department.

Requirements include RDCS/RCS/ARDMS certification, BLS, and 2–4 years of experience. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Cardiology Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or ARDMS required.
• BLS required.
• Technical School/1 Year College with 2-4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs stress echocardiograms on in-patients, outpatients, and emergency patients.
• Identifies and informs cardiologist of potential critical echocardiographic diagnoses.
• Assists cardiologist with AV Optimization by imaging per IAC standards.
• Assists with transesophageal Echo under ICAEL standards.
• Maintains cleaning/storage of TEE probes per policy and enters data in Cardiology PACS.
• Coordinates schedules with nursing, radiology, and transport.
• Assists with structural heart procedures including TAVRs and MitraClips.
