Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ardmore is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead a growing cardiovascular service line, partnering with physicians and Oklahoma Heart Hospital to oversee two Cath Labs and a dedicated Cath Lab team.

This role focuses on physician relations, business development, strategic alignment, and operational leadership across inpatient and outpatient services, with emphasis on efficiency, budgeting, compliance, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in operations management or leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across inpatient and outpatient services.
• Oversee budgeting, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and patient experience.
• Collaborate with physicians and partner hospitals on service-line growth.
