Job summary

Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead the Cath Lab operations and related departments. This full-time role focuses on strategic and operational management, patient safety, and high-quality care delivery.

You will oversee daily administration, budgeting, staff development, and compliance with clinical protocols while working with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements in outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven+ years in lieu of degree may apply.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of cardiovascular services to ensure high standards of care.
• Oversees inventory management and equipment utilization for readiness.
• Prepares, monitors, and analyzes budget and performance data.
• Maintains charge master and ensures billing accuracy.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
