Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operational management or leadership roles within healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across inpatient and outpatient services, including clinic and imaging services, aligning with Mercy's mission.
• Lead physician relations, business development, strategic alignment, and operational leadership.
• Monitor performance, report findings, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
