Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ardmore seeks a dynamic Director of Operations to lead the cardiovascular service line in collaboration with physicians and the Oklahoma Heart Hospital.

You will drive strategic alignment, business development, and operational leadership across both inpatient and outpatient services, including the Heart & Vascular Clinic, Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac Sonography, stress testing, and echo, focusing on efficiency and patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Five (5) years in operational management/leadership roles in healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician relations, business development and strategic alignment for the cardiovascular service line.
• Provide operational leadership across inpatient and outpatient services including Heart & Vascular Clinic, Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac Sonography, stress testing and echo.
• Oversee hospital/clinic operations, manage budgets, ensure compliance and promote patient-centered care.
• Track performance, report findings and drive process improvements aligned with Mercy's mission.
