Job summary

MUSC Health Catawba Division seeks an experienced Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead growth across the division, overseeing the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Vascular Interventional Radiology, Stress Testing, and related services.

You will provide operational and clinical leadership, build high-performing teams, advance quality initiatives, ACC accreditation readiness, data-driven improvement, and expand access to advanced interventional care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related healthcare field.
• RN, RCIS, RCES, or equivalent cardiovascular credential required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of cardiovascular clinical experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Interventional Radiology, or related procedural services.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications with the American Heart Association.
