Job summary

Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Non Invasive Cardiology department. This is a full-time day shift position with no call or nights, averaging 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, plus occasional Saturday morning shifts for stress testing coverage.

Ideal candidates will have experience in EKG, Stress Testing and Telemetry, with a background in the Cath/EP Lab.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required).
• Background in EKG, Stress Testing and Telemetry.
• ACLS and BLS required within orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex cases in fast-paced environments intra-procedural patient care/monitoring and moderate sedation.
• Supervise stress testing and monitor placement; support CCTA, MRI, and cardiac PET scans as needed.
• Collaborate with Cardiovascular team to ensure high-quality patient care.
