Job summary

Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced nurse leader to manage a designated inpatient unit around the clock, ensuring the standard of care is met and quality patient outcomes are maintained.

The role requires a registered nurse with an accredited nursing degree, 3 years clinical experience, and 2 years of progressive management; BLS, SCRN if required, and Nevada RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required.
• Two (2) years’ progressive management experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current SCRN certification as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the 24 hour management of the assigned unit assuring patient care meets the standard of care.
