Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a Master’s degree in Nursing, alongside a valid California RN license. Preferred qualifications include four years of clinical experience and leadership abilities. Qualifications

• Four (4) years of clinical RN experience in an acute care setting is required.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.

• Assist in developing and integrating performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws and TJC standards.
