Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a regional CRM Education and Training leader for a remote role within the territory. You will drive regional education and training activities for CRM procedures, partner with sales leadership, and serve as the customer and field technical resource across the region.

You will travel to customer sites frequently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver updates on products, clinical evidence, and education programs to enhance regional performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in the Cardiac Rhythm or an Implantable Medical Device Industry -OR- Advanced Degree in engineering or nursing.
• IBHRE certification/credentialing preferred for Sr and Principal levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across regions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional education and training activities for CRM procedures, therapies and products.
• Coordinate new-hire training with the hiring manager and secure sign-off.
• Provide expert technical resource and support at key customer sites and field teams.
• Collaborate with product development, quality, education, and marketing to relay feedback and improve future offerings.
